You look lovely today.

Are you considering hurting yourself?

boopers booping.

please don’t.

Whatever you’re feeling right now, whether it’s a sudden rush of emotion or something that’s been simmering for a while, you need to know that it’s not your end-all. Despite how bad it feels, these feelings and thoughts and urges won’t last forever.

You can get through this.

Don’t hurt yourself. If you feel the need to self-harm, find alternatives. Snap a rubber band on your arm. Draw on your skin in sharpie. Rub an ice cube where you would have harmed yourself. Go for a run. Write out all your thoughts and feelings on a paper and then tear it to shreds. Just get away from the temptation and do something. It’s going to be difficult, but you can do this. Resist the urge. You can get through this. You are strong enough, even if you don’t feel like it.

Please don’t give in.

If you’re considering suicide, reconsider. There is no problem you will face that is worth your life. You might not see it, but you have value. You have a purpose for existing. There is a reason you were born and the world is a better place because you’re in it. It doesn’t matter what your peers say or your family says or what your mind tells you.

You are important.

Please consider talking to someone in your life, whether it is a trusted friend or a teacher or a parent. If you aren’t comfortable opening up to anyone you know in real life, remember that my ask box is always open, as are many wonderful people’s on this website. If you feel suicidal and you can’t stop yourself, call 911 or your local emergency hotline immediately.

Life is hard, but it’s worth it. Be strong. Things are going to get better for you, they honestly are. Your world is going to get brighter. You just need to be alive to see it.
